Growing up on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker, Esley learned as a young boy to enjoy the sea. Esley’s father, who was a local fisherman, taught him all about being on the sea and fishing.
As the years went by, Esley fell in love with fishing. His extended experience that began at a very young age has made him one of the most reputable fishing guides on the island of Caye Caulker.
Esleys skills have made him one of the most favorite guides on the island who knows all the hotspots for fishing around the island of Caye Caulker.
With more than twelve years of experience, Esley has become a very successful local fishing guide.
Today, he shares this one of a kind and wonderful business venture with his wonderful wife Liz who takes care of all his bookings. His business has now grown into a family owned business which he hopes to continue growing along with his three wonderful sons. As a licensed boat captain, tour guide and fishing guide, he prides himself in giving his clients the best experience fishing around the beautiful waters of Caye Caulker.
His warm and fun personality lends itself to an enjoyable and professional experience while on tour with him.
Fishing can seem to be challenging at first but having an experienced guide like Esley, the process will be much easier.
Captain Esley will help you to understand the dynamics of fishing and is very helpful for his clients. He enjoys giving good tips and loves to learn from his clients as well.
Never experienced fishing? No problem!
All our tours include all gear and the captain will assist you as needed with baiting your line or teach you how to go about casting your lines. Be prepared to handle some bait, enjoy the scenery, be patient, open to learning simple techniques that will get you a nice catch! Ask questions and make suggestions!
